Hello, I’m Roxy, a manga artist who has always been creative at heart.
Ever since I was a kid, I was constantly making things. I created stories, characters, drew whenever I could, and even made my own dolls. I didn’t always know I would end up doing manga specifically, but creating has always been part of who I am. It was never optional.
My favorite genre is romance, especially when it has a bit of spice and emotional intensity, but I enjoy exploring many genres as long as the characters feel real and alive. I’m deeply drawn to relationships, tension, desire, and all the messy emotions in between.
For me, this isn’t just a hobby or a job. It’s a lifestyle. I don’t draw only because I like it, I draw because I need to. Creating is how I feel alive. It’s how I process emotions, how I express myself, and how I connect with others.
One of my biggest goals is to leave something behind. Stories, characters, moments that stay with people. I want my characters to feel real enough that they keep living in someone’s heart, even long after I’m gone.
Why Otabushi?
Honestly, because it feels human.
What draws me to Otabushi is the sense of connection and support. It doesn’t feel distant or purely transactional. It feels like a space where creators are seen, where the process matters, and where there’s room to grow.
I’m also really excited about the idea of sharing my journey with a team. Creating can be very personal and sometimes isolating, so being part of something where there’s communication, support, and shared passion makes a big difference to me.
I want to be in a space where I can keep improving, stay motivated, and share what I love doing with people who genuinely care about it.
