My journey with manga started like so many others—captivated by the worlds and characters of Shonen Jump and the spirit of Japanese storytelling. Manga from Japan shaped my imagination, taught me about courage, friendship, and never giving up. It set the bar for what’s possible, and inspired me to dream of stories that could cross borders and bring people together.

Otabushi is my answer to that dream.

I’ve seen incredible talent and untold stories right here in Europe. But for too long, the industry felt closed off—too many rules, not enough chances for new voices to shine. I founded Otabushi to change that. This is a launchpad for creators who want to aim as high as the legends, but who need a real shot, real support, and a community that believes in them.

I’m not just a CEO—I’m a fan, a believer, and someone who’s determined to build something that rivals the best. I want Otabushi to stand as a bridge: respect for the roots of manga, but a fresh, fearless path forward—powered by our artists, our readers, and a community that truly cares.
